Delayed pension funds.

GEPF is so disappointing, my mother has been waiting for her pension funds and they still pending, everytime she calls to find out they tell her that its on final stage (calculation) my question is how do calculations take that much time? My mother is so sad and she no longer knows What to say or do to go about this. What is she supposed to do in the meantime whilst waiting? Do your job and take responsibility for your actions because this is totally unacceptable.
