Delayed Payout of pension benefits

My name is Yoliswa Patience Tisani widow of the late Mr TE Tisani who worked for the department of defence till date of death which is the 21/12/2014. I have been waiting for 10 months for his pension benefits and me and my children were dependant on his salary and now times are tough and my children have been kicked out of school due to school fees thats behind and Im also battling with other debts like municipal bills,grocerries and clothing for my kids.<br> Im currently in the brink of losing a house which is a home for me and my kids.<br> I visited the GPAA Office in P.E and was told that a guardinship letter of my minor child is outstanding and was advised to do an affidavit stating that I am the biological mother of the child and the child depends on me,I made the affidavit,submitted it in the P.E Satellite office of the GPAA in August and it was attentioned to the department of defence Client Liason officer named Obakeng but up to today my claim is not moving.<br> The P.E Satellite office officials tried their best to try and push the further process of pension claim but they seen to not get assistance from the CLO and the superior of Obakeng.<br> I am struggling seriously with kids <br> <br> <br> <br>
