Delayed Payout

GEPF what you guys are doing is unacceptable. My aplication has been returned 3 times due to HR mistakes and each time it gets resubmitted, it gets delayed for weeks before it gets processed. Its been over 4 months now waiting and we are about to get thrown out on the streets because we owe 4 months rent and i have a little boy that will soon not have a home. I have tried to call, emailed and even to Pta offices only to get told that maybe in October the money will be released. How am i going to survive for another two months? Does that money even earn interest when you guys are keeping it?
