Delayed Payment

Delayed payment, Delayed response to emails or no response at all. A claim was submitted in September 2025 and so far no payment has been made. They asked for divorce decree in November 2025 which was sent and still no payment. Been sending emails since October 2025 and the only response received was last week Tuesday saying the claim is with legal, six months later! A follow up email was sent yesterday and thus far no response. Policies have lapsed, children need food and clothing and you are taking your time to finalize this claim. Why is it taking so long??
