delayed divorce payout

I am so frustated with the services rendered by this department. I am a strugging mother of three who urgently needs a new start and hence app**** for my divorce payout on the 11th of July 2018, I was informed that the process would take about 60 working days but no progress. I have called 4 times and waited 30 min or more to be assisted but all the call centre agents say is that my application is with legal. When I ask if I have submitted all required documents I am told I have. My emails are not even looked at by the gpaa. Im so desperate. Pension number: ********** 7
