Delaye in divorce claim

My name is Mrs Kulati. I live in Cape Town. I want to complain about a pending divorce claim I made mid January 2018 to GEPF. On their website they say a divorce claim takes approximately 2 to 3 months. In April 2018 since 3 months had passed and I had received no feedback, I called them for a follow up and they advised that they needed an ID copy in the surname that is consistent with the banking details.. Since being married I never changed my ID and never experienced problems with it with the bank, traffic department etc because I gave them the marriage certificate and the divorce order which is sufficient for the above mentioned organisation's to accept the surname is Kulati. I wrote a complaint to GEPF, that did not help because a week later 18 April, they texted me saying they could not proceed with the claim because of the ID document so I went to home affairs yesterday to change my surname and since an ID application takes a week to 2 weeks I app**** for a Temp ID.. I drove to GEPF offices today to give them my Temp ID(ticket 26)and they refused to accept the temp ID saying they do not accept it. Why because it's Government issued document furthermore they already have my Green ID they can mos accept it to validate the just the surname. So I ask the lady when I do receive the ID from Home affairs how long will the payout take, she said another 2 to 3 months due to a backlog in their Legal department and the rising number of divorce cases. I lost hope right there. I just read a complaint now on Hello dated 2014 about the backlog in the Legal department. It seems they have had the same p for 4 years now... What are they doing about it??? The GEPF client service and administration is very poor. Their intenal policies are highly unreasonable and prejudicial to their clients. Why are they refusing to accept a temp ID. Why are their policies not aligned with the laws of this country??? Why must I wait another 3 months for my claim to be processed? I am very dissappointed and frustrated with this whole process.. Getting divorced is frustrating and depressing enough.
