Delay of payment

No payment date is todays story after he put me on hold for another 2 minutes after I was holding for an operator for 12 minutes. Always high call volume! Get more operators man!<br> <br> This government department does not know what they are doing or sitting and having tea the whole day. Don't even think of phoning after 2 in the afternoon"
