Delay of paying me my pension of my Late Husband

Dear Sir / Ms My husband passed away on the 30 Mei 2017. He was in the police force and was receiving a pension from the GEPF as he was medically boarded in 2007. I have completed all documentation requested to receive his pension and send the documentation to the GEPF headquarters in Pretoria on the 08 June 2017. They loaded the documents on their system on the 22 June 2017 and said it could take 60 days to pay out. I have been contacting them every week and ALL response I get is " it is in processing ". The one person was so arrogant and said they are looking for the file as they do not know where it is and that it takes time because it was ten years ago when my husband was boarded. I have been explaining that my husband paid the rent and that I am being evicted from the property but I don't have ANY ASSISTANCE from them. It is going on and on and I don't know who to turn to any more. Would you be able to assist me in this matter as it is rather URGENT? Thanking you in anticipation Marlene Van Niekerk
