Delay of death payout buy inefficient GPEF

my father passed away 28 December 2018, ever since i have been trying to call GPEF to explain to me what is the delay to pay his death benefits, but to no avail. I have spoken to Boitumelo motiang fron GPAA with this regard as a supervisor but she never came back to me. The creditors are threatening to reposes my father assets because of no payments and this has taken a toll on my mother health.

Every time i call the call center they tell me the claim is on payment and this have been like this for the past 2 months. I spoke to a gentleman today 24 June 2019 Lucas mashimane who also works for GPAA and i asked her if i can speak to Boitumelo and he said she is on study leave, but my question is when a supervisor is on leave there should be a continuation of government business.

I asked this Lucas if he can give me the contacts of the payment section and he said i cant speak to the people in the payment section because buy government law is not allowed. This is ridiculous because government is there to its citizens and if there are no go areas its shame.

if government cant take care of its dead employees and surviving spouses who else would.
