DELAY IN PROCESSING

\ my mother Eunice Mashigo went on pension on April 2014 and she was promised that her benefits will be active within 3 months and its now 7 months and she still waiting even worse when she tries to follow-up no one seems to know where her documents are when she calls Pretoria offices she is told they are still in Johannesburg and when she call Joburg offices she is told they have been send to Pretoria. Nobody seems to know where her documents are?"
