Delay in pension payout

I resigned in 30 November 2014 and more than 6 months down the line I'm still waiting for my pension to pay out. <br> I have been in an out of GEPF offices to enquiry about the delay.<br> And on Tuesday I got the most inconclusive and indefinite answer <br> The reason is because there is a technical problem between Treasury and FNB an they cannot verify my banking details. So my pension can't be deposited. This problem has been there since 15 May and no one knows when it will be resolved so it's like waiting in vein when I phoned FNB they don't see any problem, so what is the truth Or should I be warned that I might have to find myself legal representation to fight for what's mine<br>
