Delay in Child pension Claim dependent need

My father passed away last year August 2025 ,me and sister filed a beneficiary child pension claim in September 2025 ,IN January 2026 we called again to check on the claim ,feedback was there was a problem in our application in December 2025 on the 19th that we weren’t informed ,we rectified the problem late January 2026 and everything has verified and approved (payments section) ,it is Day 85 now April 2026 we still receiving the same feedback that it’s still in the payment section application non attended ,now I’m a school drop out because I can’t pay my fees,what legal action can I take with the GEPF?
