Delay in changing of banking details at GEPF

I want to voice my dissatisfaction with the GEPF, I submitted documention for Changing of my banking details, in the beginning of June 2022, end of July 2022, with varias telephonic enguiries, through Call Centre, up to today 2022/08/24 it still has not been rectified, after they confirm receipt during June 2022.
