Deceased Mother's Pension benefit

I made a claim on my deceased mother's pension in August 2018, I was told that the turn around time would be 3-4months. I still have not received anything, I have tried getting hold of the head HR at Helen Joseph hospital with no luck. I have outstanding medical bills that need to be settled for my mother and am not sure what to say when the creditors call me. I used some of my personal funds to settle hoping that I would be refunded by now, I am a student and need to register, I am unable to and I can not even borrow the money without any knowledge of when ill be able to repay. I was issued a case number by the GEPF consultant vendor no. ********** 72 who said that my case is now out of her hands in December when she called in to request for documents that I had already submitted. She advised me to speak to the people where I submitted my stuff. I am now stranded, unable to pay for my registration fees and have no clue who to reach out to because all of their numbers are not being answered. No progress is being communicated to me, I am just in the dark. Please direct me to the relevant person who can actually assist with this matter.

End of March, still no payment on this benefit and I don't even know if it will pay out now.
