Death payout

My father passed on in February 2019 and gepf received his file in June 2019. I have been enquiring from gepf offices since July as there was a case of divorce against my father. After the 12 November I was informed that I am the sole benefiary and that I should be receiving payment from any day but if I don't receive any payment I should come again for enquiry. I have been visiting the offices once to twice a week per their advice but apparently nothing have been done on that file since the 12 of November. Your assistance regarding this matter will highly be appreciated as I would really like closure
