Death Claim Payout

My mom's brother passed away in 2016 March and till today his death benefit has not been paid out to his dependants and 3 of them are still in school and have lost their mother. My aunt is looking after them and she is a pensioner. He was with the SAPS at Suiwerskuil Police Station.

The last we heard was that they had appointed KPMG/De loitte an audit firm to investigate the case and after that report when my mother calls to enquire she gets taken from pillar to post! Until last week where they requested two beneficiaries to come and they were requested to submit new documentation. & the next time my mother called she was told she is 3rd party and they cannot engage her further.

We are now more than ever convinced that they have lost my uncle's file and they to start the whole process from the beginnig. But instead of just being honest they are beating about the bush. It is very sad that our state is not bothered that orphans somewhere are suffering and their parents dedicated their lives to this country.
