death benefits not paid in over a year
My daughter passed away in 2014 december 05th in october last year 28th i got sn sms that gepf has started the process. Now 3 months later after the sms no payout?after struggling with saps to releade docs your staff dont answer the calls in the call centre. what does one have to do to get government emplooyes attention to do thrir job. Deceased id number ***
