Death Benefit claim Pension Nr ***9

My name is Mr Forbes.My mom was the member of the GEPF,my mom passed on on the 17th August 2021. My father was then the beneficiary.On the 26th My father also passed on.I have put in a Death benefit claim for my father in November 2021.Up till today the claim wasn't paid out.I call them every week and the answers I get,it's they still busy working on the claim and it's not finalized yet.To get through to their number is also difficult,as you need to hold on for hours.On Friday the 21st I asked to speak to the Superior,a call was logged and she called me back after 4pm,and assured me she will follow up with the Death Benefits Claims department.I spoke to Maria.Up till now I never even received a call from her.I must say these people are pathetic.
