Good day <br> <br> I have submitted the claim form for 5 years balance on behalf of my mom. The waiting period was 60 days but now it is the start of the fourth month. According to my knowledge everything was received and is in order but I don't know what is causing the delay. Kindly advise the date of the payout or the progress. <br> <br> Thanks
