Contribution Error

<p>I resigned in February 2016 and my previous employer submitted my all correct documents to GPAA in July 2016. I have been calling every week to check the status and my file has been held in contributions from August (after it was rejected from payment section, for contribution overpayment) and after a number of enquiries and escalations from the call centre, the file started moving within the contribution in October.</p> <p> </p> <p>The kept on going up and down from payment to contribution due to an Error which internally they are unable to clear and this has been hapening from November 2016 until now, even though my previous employer submitted correct documents. Is it for the first time GPAA encounter such an Error and upto how long must I waight for the payment since I resigned in February 2016. </p>
