Complain on GEPF

I resigned end of January and app**** for Pension fund and to date I have only received 1 communication that they have received my application on the 4th of March, beside the Lockdown, I haven’t received any communication but I have been trying to call or even emailing them but nothing as yet, after I have made my personal searching I was told that my money is stuck at the bank but the company is not communicating anything.
