Clean brake divorce

Hi at hellopeter I regret to inform you that I have since claimed for clean breake divorce from my expouse since February 2020 to date I have had joy with gepf. The law states clear that it should be paid within 60 days, but what they tell me all the time for a period of over a year is that my file is either at their legal services or payment department to no avail. I am in diar financial constraints as I am blacklisted all over with my money having in the air at gepf. I have hav since lost my fiance who took her life due to financial diff and she left me with a 5 years old boy and 1 year old twin girls to raise by myself.
