Claim submitted on 2/7/2015 still not paid

I submitted a claim against my former spouse pension on 2nd July 2015. It's now over 6 months and the GEPF/GPAA has not paid my claim into my bank account, yet the same GEPF/GPAA paid my former spouse's claim against my pension in May 2015.
