Claim still not settled

On 11 June it was again confirmed that verification was successful. On 15 June I was once again informed that my file had been send for safety web verification for the 3rd time. Nobody can explain to me as to why I received the sms. Nobody can explain to me why my file is send every week for verification. My file has been with the payment section from 15 May 2015 and I am not a day closer to payment.<br> <br> Why do you have guidelines if you can't keep to your own time frames? From the start when my file was registered on 4 February 2015 there was no errors on the file and all documentation was submitted to make the completion of this claim as effortless as possible but even that didn't help for this claim to be finalised.<br> <br> Please what else can I do on my part for payment to be done????"""
