Claim not processed from Novermber 2016

Good Day

My name is Khethukuthula Ephraim Mbelu and I am complaining about the delay regarding my pension payout.

I submitted all the required documents in November 2016 to accommodate the three months of processing. On the 2nd December 2016 I received an sms notification that my claim has been initiated. A week later I received another notification that my application has been returned and I must consult with my HR. The HR corrected the application and sent it back to GEPF on the 17 January 2017. I have been calling the GEPF to check the progress with the application but the reply is that my application has not been processed.

My biggest worry is that if you are taking this long to start the processing if an error is detected it will take very long for me to get the payment. This kind delay on GEPF has a negative impact on my wellbeing as I have bills to pay and children to feed.

Can you please attend this case as a matter of urgency.

Pension Number: ********** 9
Persal Number: ********** 3

I would appreciate the prompt response from you.

Thanking you in advance
KE Mbelu
