Claim

My father made a spouse benefit claim after my mothers passing. the claim was done in february 2018 no payment was made as i was making follow up each week... till my father also passed on in july, beggining august i did another claim...as of today nothing was done...as frustrating as it is to make follow ups ... i have recorded all my correspondances and interactions including supervisors names that i have been speaking to. i need assistance
