Child pension continuation

I submitted documents for child pension continuation. They internally sent my documents to the incorrect department. I have been calling weekly. I get told that they have sent an escalation to redirect my documents to the relevant department. Everytime I call I get told the same thing. It's not my fault that the documents are misdirected. The service at GEPF is one of worst government departments. Pathetic is an understatement!! Now the beneficiary who is a disability child cannot access their benefit. Talk of disregard for human rights
