Can the GEPF go any lower with POOR service?

I resigned from Government Service 29 March 2018 - ID ********** 023086. I received an sms from the GEPF on 20 April 2018 stating that they have received my documents. As per the GEPF Law the GEPF is compelled to finalize payouts/transfers of former employees within 60 days. This time frame they clearly ignore... I phoned several times wrt progress and my case was sent all over the GEPF departments - from Membership to Contributions to Finance - many times!

Based on what is prescribed by Law I made commitments as buying a house which I need to pay end of July 2018. It is a shame that after so many years I dedicated my life and services to the people of this country that the GEPF can play games with one's monies. Their service is really shocking!
