Broken promises

We were never told how much to claim from the two pot system. Later they said download the app every thing we be live on Sept 1. From Sept 1 I as indebted worker can report that the app is not functioning and that when you call them you will be told to hold for an hour then the phone cuts. If they were running into problems they should at least communicated with us. Thank you
