Beyond *********** and unprofessional!!!

Won't transfer your call to supervisor everytime you call you get a different answer. I contacted you people regarding a funeral claim WHICH YOU PEOPLE PAID TO SOMEONE ELSE TODAY!!!! And regarding the death benefit I was informed on the 9th of February 2021 that my death benefit claim is in process and I must call back in a few days to get a payment date only to be told today a different story. The incompetence you people display speaks VOLUMES! This has been going on since last year that I have had to be shoved back and forth because you people don't know how to do your jobs!! And then your call Centre agent puts the phone down in my ear. All the calls I have made to you people have been recorded!.
