Beneficiaries wait 10 months for gepf claims

Good day<br> Our mother passed on 13/11/2014. We submitted the necessary forms for claims in January 2015. I have been calling atleast once a month with no clear indication of progress. In the last follow up I was informed that the deceased hadn't nominated anyone,which I doubt. But if this is so why is the file still in legal department for almost three months. This is really appalling, I call and hold for long only to be told the same thing and no one has called us to inform us of progress. My brothers have school fees and tertiary fees to pay...among other things. Someone is not doing their job and its costing us.<br> <br>
