beneficiaries kicked out of college
We submitted a,claim for our,late mother 2 years ago and we have not received payout. June 2015 they said its all done, all documents approved,, we should wait 7 days . And nothing happened,2 months later we are still told to wait and no payout. Kids have been kicked out of college, please help
