BE CAREFUL GEPF CAN CHOW AL YOIR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU AND YOUR FAMILY FOLDING ARMS BE CAREFUL!!

Hi my father passed away in 2013 and was a member of Gepf, he had polygamy all wives married customarily. When the benefits came out in July 2017 two wives were not paid and other sons and daughters who are all beneficiaries never got their benefits.The follow ups were made and the GEPF officials would tell diferrent stories , along this following up process some were getting paid and their cases were resolved. But the one hardest matter was of the first wife who was left unpaid even at all. After the follow ups were made it was discovered that her lumpsum money was sent to the Masters of high court (PMB) while her monthly pension and it's arrears was being paid to someone alse, she was highly frustrated and she started experiencing migraines and terrible headaches following this. Every time when making followups to GEPF they never helped us. Until on own expenses the Masters of High court was approached first via calls and personal they confirmed that th funds were on their office and they also questioned why. It was another struggle to get a money sent back to GEPF account and let alone even worse to pay it to a beneficiary. She got paid some of the money several months after the followups done,yet some of her money is still unpaid till to date and there is no explanation , no apologies, no communication or any sense of empathy. I can boldly say that at GEPF they are unprofessional, lacks sense of empathy, they are senseless. We are aware that is sending the money to a wrong office is one of the methods to ***** people's monies, by later requesting it back to personal accounts , I understand that they are bitter because the *****ing plan failed( they used to question why so many beneficiaries thinking that it was just people who don't know each other on this file ) but we aim to report and take this matter further until it get paid. We request the Hellopeter to intervene.
