Basic requests unanswered

Trying to arrange simple pension slips requested by GEMS for my Dad following my Mom's passing in May 2020. My Dad has been to the offices a few times, we've both phoned numerous times. Also trying to apply for the child pension for my disabled sister. We've done everything they've asked, but no result.
