Bad/poor service

Kindly Assist me with my complaint as i spoke to several call center members with no luck of help from them including Amohelang....Stella masango....nontsizi foloti

I now call everyday but no one helps my application is still in payment section and was last worked on 11th of December 2019.I need my money I will forfeit my policies I paid for more than 15 years pan 60 days period has passed as I submitted my documents in May 2019 but they said they received them on the 10th of September 2019.

My matter was even referred to precilar shabalala and Siphokazi Andonis who are both supervisor and escalated but still no payments have been made.I even sended serveral emails to their complaints department but I haven't been rep****.
