Bad Stinking service from Gepf funeral payout.

This call centre and a lady named Priscila and Lucas have been very unhelpful and inconsiderate my husband died more than 8 years ago ref no ***1 I have sent the affidavit more than 10 times when I want clear solution they instead telle their Supervisor will call of which it's a dry old fairy tale these DPT is plain messed up and non considerate u can call them more than 20 times and still no resolution Going forward from me this dpt is just nonsense and as the spouse you wonder and ponder without effective transparent communication from them you are left to say their plain useless....
