Bad service; poor turnaround time; poor complaint system

I have been busy with a divorce claim since January 2018, it is now August 2018 and i am still waiting for payment. The service is so poor. I have made numerous complaints...they take approximately a week to even respond to your complaint and they still provide unsatisfactory feedback. Their turnaround times is weeks.. I have never received such ridiculous and worst service in my entire life.
