Bad service of pension fund GEPF

I have app**** for 2 pot system on the 4th of September I still have not received any commination from the fund I called them I view days ago they told me that they have send my claim to SARS for directives After I called them I called SARS they told me my pension fund Gepf is lying to me that they never receive any claim from my pension fund my Question is why do they lie to me because if heard that there system has crashed and they can't find our claims for people who claim early like me on the 4th we call in every day to the fund for answers the call center is always receiving hight call volumes or they say we can't receive your call right now I need answers and truth our fund is letting us down I wish Government can get us I better fund they are delate in everything even when my x husband claimed on my pension he waited 1 and I half year for them to pay him out without giving him the rents they promised to give if they don't pay it out on the time they say they would pay it out so why can't they tell us the truth and let us re apply
