BAD SERVICE ,NO UPDATE,BAD ATTITUDE BY THIS STAFF

Mr I.G Shabalala, the Gepf member and the only breadwinner in the household passed away in 2013 leaving behind the unemployed dependants, spouses and children with no monthly income. The claim was made to the relevant branch Mbali Madonsela. is a case manager. The relevant documents were submitted the first funds were released, pending monthly pensions and lump sum. Followup's have been made She personally and via phonecalls, when. personal follow-ups are made to her she only attenda to the case only during that wake up call and states that there is an outstanding document once the document have been submitted she would say we should call her after three weeks, when called she would keep postponing the call that we must call after 30 munites. On her own she never calls to inform, update besides reacting fakingly only during the follow-ups. Since 2013 this official keeps playing hide n' seek, we are tired of her game , she has failed to deliver the service that she had been hired for, kindly assist. On the last contact with her 30 July 2015 ,shw postponed a callI called her on the 31 she failed toto answer me and dropped my call.My details are Pamella Mthethwa my cell:***

Hello PAM86ZN,

Thank you for contacting the GPAA.

I would like to acknowledge receipt of your complaint.

Please be advised that I have looked into the case and found that the pension administration did not received the documents from the employer.

Kind Regards

Lucille Smith
