bad service, delays, unhappy customer
I got divorce and was granted half my ex wife's pension. All my paper work was submitted in January. Been calling and email them. After posting on hello peter they did respond back. But now the replies I get from them and a private person is totally not adding up. In the first place the pay out is delayed from their side. I want to know exactly when I am going to receive my money. I don't want answers in 5 or 10 working days. Its nonsense that I have to waste airtime to keep calling and stuff just to get my money. An court order is a order.
