Bad service by the GEPF

Hi I made a 2 pot claim on 2024-12-11.I have four names and they can apporve my bank verification because ABSA can put all 4 my intials on my bank statement.I sent them a bank confirmation with my full names as stipulated on the ABSA system they rejected my the bank verification again.they say I must go to the bank let them put my initials and surname.i did that on the bank confirmation they failed it again.they then told me I must go back to ABSA and ask them to give a letter and explain why they cant put my full initials on the bank statement.I went to ABSA again they said they cant give me a letter to explain why they cant put my full intials on the bank statement.now why is it hard getting my own money just because they dont want to understand that Absa can put my full intials there.I feel this is really unfair to me.I have been sending them the correct details of my bank and stuff but stil they keep on rejecting me.This is bad and i am getting tired of struggling with them about this issue
