Bad service

Bad service received from them, being send from pillar to post, being asked to send same information to different people I don't know how many times did I forward the documents. The query dates back to February and is June now we still on the same issue. Unacceptable. The forms were completed and submitted now I have to redo the whole process because someone didn't do his or her job as if is my fault. That is not fair at all.
