Bad Service

I'm very much disappointed in the service I've been receiving from the GEPF, I have been calling and emailing but no response. Last time, I called a lady by RAUNA FILIPE answered the phone, but she was very unprofessional, did even explain what I need to do, she just emailed a FORM, of which I did and emailed it back but I've not received no further communication from her or the office. It's been 2 weeks now my matter is still not resolved. I'm starting to doubt whether my pension is safe with GEPF.
