Bad service

I resigned in October 2023, my documents were received at GEPF November 2023. I haven't received my payout. I have made more than 100 follow up physically, telephonically, email but nothing. I have escalated the matter to the ombudsman in May 2024 still nothing happened. I escalated the matter to the public service commission on 15 July 2024 nothing has happened. I called yesterday to make another follow up, I was informed that my ex husband was paid extra R15000.00 when we divorced. I was not given any plan to resolve this. I asked if I'm being punished for their negligence and the person I spoke to didn't know. My ex husband is not working and doesn't have any form of income. This means I will never get my money as he will never be able to pay. This means I should die for R15000.00. This means my one million and five hundred rands is held because of R15000.00. I resigned because I had plans for this money. There is no courtesy to give an update of what is happening and what needs to happen
