Bad service at GEPF

GEPF is the worst, their service is bad. I have been trying to track my Moms pension claim. She passed away in March 2020. At first they used to take my calls and would tell me that the claim is at the back office . It’s been over 4 months still nothing . Been trying to call their line but there’s no response . I am tired !!!
