BAD SERVICE AND WHEN DO YOU PAY?????

<p>I have sent several emails which is seldom rep**** to within 7 working days:</p> <p>1. 25 April enquiring as to whether all documents were received<br />2. 8 May received a response to say waiting feedback from employer<br />3. 9 May asking which documents is needed<br />4. 17 May got a response as to what was needed.(SEND MAIL TO EMPLOYER AND ASKED ABOUT THIS, ACKNOWLEDGED THAT THEY DID NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING REQUESTS FROM GPAA)<br />5. 5 June asked about process as I was told telephonic ally that documents is now in order.<br />6. 14 June received email back to say that the file is at the payment office<br />7. 14 June asked the progress again<br />8. 19 June still waiting for progress<br />9. 4 July email said still not finalized<br />10. 11 July still waiting for response</p> <p>No telephonic enquiries which never has the same response as the mail.</p> <p>1. 23 June file is at payment office<br />2. 1 July file is back to contributions<br />3. Phoned was systems were off will be contacted back. (Not sure of date)<br />4. Phoned the next day and was told that GPAA never phones people ????????<br />5. 11 July phoned and was told that someone is finally working on my file at contributions<br />6. 13 July Thabasile said that systems were done and that I would be contacted back in the afternoon. Still waiting for this call<br />7. 14 July Stella Masango said that the person is still working on my file</p> <p><br />Please assist as I don't understand how this works. When I enquiried the first time I was told 60 working days as from the time the file was received and that this includes en further enquiries that might be encountered. Then I was told that the 60 days starts over every time something is needed.</p>
