Bad service and lack of feedback

I resigned in October 2014. In November I went to check if everything is in order and was advised that the forms have all been processed and that I must just submit the divorce decree though I had disclosed that. I went to check again and was advised all is in order. <br> <br> January I was advised I need to resubmit some form which I did same day. late January I was advised that . My district office showed me proof that they sent all the documents. Last week I was advised they are verifying banking details. <br> <br> To my disappointment now I am told there was never anything submitted. I am really disappointed. What is really going on. I always have to drive there as no one ever answers calls.
