Bad service

My mother retired in Dec 2014. Her file was submitted early in Jan 2015 but there were errors made by the department so it had be returned back twice. Finally, it was submitted correctly on the 17 Feb 2015 and it was confirmed that there were no errors. On the 24 Feb i was told that the file is at finance for calculations. For almost 3 weeks i have been getting the answer until today the 16 March i was told that there is an internal error on the file about membership whatever, now the file is at membership section for corrections and it will be returnreturned back to finance for further calculatons. My question is now that it's gpaa's error how long is it going to take to fix it? And also at finance is it going to take another 3 weeks for calculations? This is very frustratingfor my mother as it is going to be the 3rd month now with no pay. Can you please speed up the process.
