Bad pay out
its been almost over 2 years that we are trying to get a pay out from the GEPF my mother passed away in July 2013 and we have been trying to sort this out.We had to go through a process of filling out the same forms on four occasions then get contacted saying that the documents have expired please redo the process, we have contact the GEPF several times and on each occasion you have to hold on the phone for almost 20 minutes when you do get through they respond by saying sorry we are still busy processing the documents could you please contact us in & working days. we are running out of patients and going to take legal action against this process.
