Bad Customer Care as Usual

I've had my mom resigning. Her last day was the last day of September. She is still sitting without her pension payout. The irresponsible of people. Its now sitting with payment department and mind you they don't have a turnaround time. Its basically means its going to be the 5th month with no funds her debit orders being returned.
